SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIMES

We will process your order promptly during our Monday through Friday business hours. You will receive a confirmation of shipment by email once your order is processed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

A flat shipping rate of $12.95 will apply to all orders under $99. Any orders over $99 will receive free shipping. Prior to checkout, each order confirmation page displays product availability and order total based on location.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS*

Currently, iBeAuthentic ships within the lower 48 United States.

We regret we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to international addresses for consumers at this time.

To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each delivery address. 

At this time, an order cannot be split to ship to more than one address. 

*Please note: We are not responsible for packages left outside of residential addresses.
